What is Populi?

Populi is Cornerstone College of Virginia’s official student portal, providing students with a seamless and user-friendly online platform for all their course registration and payment needs. Populi enables students to view their courses, register for classes, manage their schedules, and pay their tuition fees with ease. With an intuitive interface, students can easily navigate through the portal, access their academic records, and communicate with their professors and classmates. Populi ensures secure and efficient management of student information and eliminates the need for paper-based processes, making student life hassle-free. Register for Courses Using Populi in 8 Simple Steps:

1. Go to ccv.populiweb.com
2. Enter your username.
   1. If you are unsure of your username, you may use your CCV email as your username (first initial + last name @student.ccv.website)
3. Enter your password.
   1. If you do not have a password, click on “Forgot your username or password?” and Populi will email you a link to reset your password.
4. On your home page, you may see an alert that says, “Registration is now open.” Click on the link.
   1. You may also click the “My Profile” tab. You will then see a tab that says “Registration.”
5. Select which term for which you are registering (it should read Fall 2023).
6. A list should appear with all courses being offered at the campus. Click the “+” sign next to the course you wish to select.
   1. A pop-up with the course description and professor should appear.
   2. Click “add” at the bottom of the pop-up to add the course to your schedule.
   3. Repeat the process for as many courses as you wish to select. You may unselect courses by clicking the icon under “Remove.”
7. You should have a list of selected courses on your registration page. Click “save” at the top right-hand corner of the course selection window to complete your registration request.
8. Populi will generate an enrollment agreement for you to sign. You may apply for a scholarship or request a payment plan after you sign the agreement.
