Cornerstone College of Virginia has just been awarded applicant status with the Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE)!
At Cornerstone College of Virginia, we are passionate about continuous improvement. We desire to become accredited because the process holds us accountable for continuous improvement to provide our students with a quality educational experience. The accreditation process helps us become the best version of our unique academic higher education programs possible. Cornerstone College of Virginia holds applicant status with the Association of Biblical Higher Education.

ABHE is a Christian accreditation agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE) and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA). As an Applicant, CCV participates in and contributes to collegial and professional development activities of ABHE. This is the first step in a multi-year journey towards full accreditation.
Religious Exemption Status
State Council for Higher Education of Virginia (SCHEV) Religious Exemption
CCV is a religious institution exempt from state regulation and oversight in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
*SCHEV is not an accrediting agency.
At Cornerstone, I am able to take courses at cheaper tuition rates than other colleges. Plus, the professors are very friendly and every class feels personal.
